Join us for four (4 class series) Sunday late afternoon soirees. Learn to make a low alcohol content cocktail, some technique and flavor buildings while we create delicious one pot meals.
Menus will be announced after sign up to ensure the incorporation of fresh, seasonal ingredients into each meal. Ingredient lists & recipes will be sent to your email prior to class. Meals will include a plethora of cuisines and cultures so you can incorporate a true variety into your cooking routine. Whether its Sri Lankan Shrimp Curry or Buffalo Bolognese, all the meals can be whipped up by home chefs at every level and can be altered to accommodate your dietary preferences.
